This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7809 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 15.04.2025, the respondents re-presented the petitioner's representation through e-filing before the the Principal District and Sessions Judge / Arbitrator, Thiruvannamalai, for enhancement of compensation, and the same was taken on file in L.A.O.P.No.50 of 2025 and therefore, the order of this Court dated 27.03.2024 in W.P.No.7809 of 2024 has been duly complied with.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the Civil Court in pending L.A.O.P.No.50 of 2025. 11.06.2025 ms Page No.3/4
