2. When the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. Ms.G.Sneha, learned counsel representing Mr.T.K.S.Gandhi for first respondent relied upon the e-Courts statement of the City Civil Court, Chennai, and would submit that after contest, the suit itself had been disposed of on 17.04.2023.
