This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.12875 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1854 of 2022 on 09.11.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until filing of final report.
