Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.286/2003/M.E7 dated 23.1.2003, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow to continue the members of the petitioner's union as had been done hitherto from the date of appointment. The petitioner is a Union and this writ petition has been filed by the Union, challenging the order passed by the first respondent directing the sanitary workers working under the Corporation to report before their respective Sanitary Inspectors, instead of reporting before Zonal Officers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This writ petition was filed in the year 2003 and there was no stay and much water has flown under the bridge thereafter. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
