ORDER

(The order of the Court was made by Mrs.Justice J.NishaBanu) The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore the order dated 29.02.2024 passed in C.M.P.No.26691 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.112714 of 2023, in which, the petitioner/appellant has filed a petition to condone the delay of 363 days in preferring the Appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the above said petition was dismissed on 29.02.2024, as the sole respondent died and the petitioner has not taken steps to implead the legal heirs of the sole respondent. The connected Appeal filed by the legal heirs of the respondent was numbered as CMA.No.685 of 2023. Hence, the appeal filed by this petitioner/appellant has to be tagged along with the said appeal https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis (CMA.No.685 of 2023).
