This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take further action on the complaint dated 01.11.2019 given by the petitioner vide receipt No.94 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law and to file the final report within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given the Hon'ble Division Bench. 4.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
