When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the proceedings in DCC No.49/2021 initiated against the petitioner, has been transferred to the Bar Council of India, on 16.11.2022, and hence, nothing survives for consideration herein.

Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief in the manner known to law.
