O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 303(2), 326(a) of BNS r/w 21(1) Mines and Minerals Act, in Crime No.567 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court by order dated 13.08.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.22544 of 2025 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.567 of 2025.

3. Though the petitioner has already granted anticipatory bail with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of crime number, without complying the conditions and execute the sureties as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.22544 of 2025, dated 13.08.2025, he has filed the present petition for the second time seeking anticipatory bail, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
