The counsel has received the notice and it has also been acknowledged. Affidavit of service has been filed. Insofar as the notice that was independently sent to respondents 3 to 6, the fourth respondent alone has received the notice and the notice sent to other respondents was returned. Service is complete.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 75 days in filing the above appeal is condoned. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
