This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to prefer an appeal as against the judgment made in Arb.O.P.No.2/2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam in its capacity as Appellant/Third party as it is a requisition body whose interest is affected by the aforesaid judgment.

3. Since the appellant is an essential party for adjudication in Arb.O.P.No.2/2017 and they have not been impleaded as a party by the respondents, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the appellant. Accordingly, leave is granted.
Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
