Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, direct the respondent to fix the guide line value for the petitioner property and consequently direct the third respondent to release the petitioners pending document No. P / 20 / 2024.

O R D E R

The above Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to fix the guide line value for the petitioner's property and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner's pending document No. P / 20 / 2024.

2. Today, an order dated 25.11.2024 of the District Registrar Administration (Additional Charge) Coimbatore, North has been produced, wherein the guideline value of the petitioner's property has been fixed at Rs.420/- per sq.ft. and Rs.4,520/- per sq.mt. and the classification of the property is determined as a residential category.

3. Recording the same, the first part of the petitioner's relief has been granted. Consequently, the 3rd respondent is directed to register the petitioner's pending document bearing No.P/20/2024 and release the same within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4

of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of on the above lines.
