Mr.G.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 26.06.2023, it was ordered that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month to the respondent on the 10th day of every english calendar month and the arrears ordered to be paid within a period of two weeks.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that arrears amount of Rs.1,68,000/- was deposited before the trial Court on 11.01.2024 and a sum of Rs.7,000/- per month was paid till January 2024.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition stands closed. 30.08.2024 2/4
