This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16809 of Crl.O.P.No.25067 of 2022 dated 18.10.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police monthly once at 10.30a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
