Earlier, this court by an order dated 25.01.2023 granted interim anticipatory bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the first instalment of a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.110 of 2019 within a period of two weeks and adjourned the matter for reporting compliance.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing under the caption "For reporting compliance", there is no representation on the side of petitioner.
3. Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent appeared and submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 28.03.2023. Furthermore, he has not complied the condition as directed by this court. Hence, he prayed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering that the fact that the petitioner has not complied the condition imposed by this court, however, he was arrested on 28.03.2023, this Court is inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
