Applicant is willing to take up the Shop situated at Door No.17, Ground Floor, Back Side, Woods Road, Royapetta, Chennai - 600 002, measuring an extent of 600 sq.ft., for a sum of Rs.50,000/- per month.

In view of the above, this Application is ordered.

Necessary agreement has to be entered into between the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the applicant will lose the benefit of this order.
