CMP.Nos.21959, 21962 and 21964 of 2022 in C.M.A.No.548 of 2020 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are filed (i) to condone the delay of 3547 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th respondent/Selvaraj (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 8th respondent/Selvaraj and (iii) to bring the respondent 10 as the legal representative of the deceased 8th respondent/Selvaraj on record in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
3. The factum of the death of the 8th respondent/Selvaraj, in the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions and their legal representatives are not in dispute.
4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi 5.Consequent to the allowing of the above petitions, the learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh application in C.M.A.No.548 of 2020 to implead the L.R's of the deceased R8.
