This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10064 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12010 of 2023 vide order dated 25.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter as and when required.
