This application is filed to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the 4th defendant.

(iii) A.No.6225 of 2023:

This application is filed to bring on the record the applicants 1 to 3 herein as defendants 12 to 14 in C.S. No.363 of 2012.

2.Heard both sides. There is no objection from other side in allowing these applications.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and no objection has been raised on the side of the respondents, these applications are allowed.
