O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to quash the order passed by the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.4334/02/H.1 dated 05.05.2003.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner that the writ petition become infructuous and the same may be dismissed and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and the writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
