O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 29/9/2022 seeking cancellation of the forged documents registered on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Thirukalukundram.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that subject property was purchased by the petitioner, on 6/5/1996. The petitioner came to know that document has been created on the basis of the Power of Attorney said to have been executed by the petitioner on 2/5/2017. Thereafter, certain mortage deed also created, based on the said documents and sale deeds. In this regard, petitioner gave a complaint to the Police and First Information Report has been registered. At this stage, petitioner gave various representations, dated 6/1/2021, 25/3/2021, 4/8/2021 and 29/9/2022, to conduct enquiry, under Section 77 A of the Registration Act. Since the same has not been Page No:2/4

considered, petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that they will consider the representations of the petitioner and orders will be passed.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. First respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 6/1/2021, 25/3/2021, 4/8/2021 and 29/9/2022, and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
