Since the successful bidder, who has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.60,500/-, for the House situated at Door No.17, Ground Floor, Front Side, Woods Road, Royapetta, Chennai - 600 002, measuring an extent of 207 sq.ft., did not turn up, the applicant is willing to pay Rs.40,000/- per month for the said House.

Therefore, this Application is ordered.

Necessary agreement has to be entered into between the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the applicant will lose the benefit of this order.
