This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22117 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22117 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
