This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24894 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24894 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
