C.M.P.No.8599 of 2023 in C.M.A.Sr.No.112619 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J Mr.C.Sakthimanikandan, learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 144 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 144 days is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.C.Sakthimanikandan, learned counsel for the respondents at the time of admission.

6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 144 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.

7.Mr.B.Tamilnidhi, learned Additional Government Pleader shall serve the papers immediately on the learned counsel for the respondents.
