This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24087 of 2024 on 27.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24087 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024, is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
