PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the proceedings in M.M.No.12353/F1/2017 dated 31.05.2017 issued by the second respondent, quash the same and direct the 4th respondent to constitute College Committee as per Rule 8 of Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulations) Rule, 1976 and nominate the Secretary of the College Committee as per Rule 9.
