Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the (i) order dated 01.12.2022 made in G.O (D) No.588 on the file of the first respondent and consequently, direct the first respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Additional Commissioner with effect from the date of impugned order in the order of his seniority; (ii) Annual Confidential Report of the petitioner for the period between 11.04.2018 & 31.12.2019 and expunge the Adverse Remarks dated 25.07.2022 made by the Reviewing Officer, the second 1/4

respondent herein by quashing it and further direct the second respondent to restore the grading given by the Reporting Officer; and (iii) Annual Confidential Report of the petitioner for the period between 01.01.2020 & 26.12.2020 and expunge the Adverse Remarks made by the respondents herein by quashing it.
