ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2019.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned Public Prosecutor [Puducherry] has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed on 14.11.2019 and with regard to the same, intimation was also given to the petitioner on the same day.

4.Since the complaint is closed, in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of "G.Prabakaran Versus Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur District and another" in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13681 of 2018, batch dated 20.09.2018, the informant cannot invoke Section 482 Cr.P.C as the remedy lies elsewhere.

5.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
