ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the withdrawal order passed by the respondent bearing No. NCTE/2025/SRC/PAR/ Order/APSO4373/151556, dated 15.07.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the order passed by the respondent reveals that, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner can very well avail the appeal remedy under Section 18 of the National Council of Teacher Education Act, 1993 within a period of sixty days from the date of issuance of the order, before the Appellate Authority.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Appellate Authority by way of an appeal, as contemplated

under Section 18 of the National Council of Teacher Education Act, 1993, within a period of two weeks from today. Till the disposal of such appeal, the operation of the order passed by the respondent, dated 15.07.2025 shall be kept in abeyance.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
