This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender before the learned XXIII Judicial Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12200 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17716 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from today, to surrender before the concerned Magistrate and to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
