This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20833 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20833 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
