These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.16212 & 16213 of 2022 dated 01.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
