This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24721 of 2024 on 04.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24721 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the second working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
