Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, Government Advocate (HR and CE) appearing for respondent submitted that the application of the petitioner has been considered and his assumption as hereditary Trustee has been taken on record by the Department under Section 54(1) of the HR and CE Act.

2. The learned Government Advocate also produced the order passed by the Joint Commissioner, Erode, recognizing the petitioner as a hereditary Trustee of Arulmighu Vaitheeswaran Temple, Bommala Palayam Village, Paramathi Velur District, Namakkal District.
