This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21198 of 2024 on 19.09.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the learned Additional District Court/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that C.C. Number has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date is on 06.11.2024.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.21198 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
