This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23467 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District/ Special Court under Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23467 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District/Special Court under Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
