O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted challenging the orders dated 11.11.2022 and 04.08.2023 passed by the Fee Committee. The petitioner/School was established in the year 1988. It is a self-financing School being run only from the fee collected from the Children studying in the school. The School during the relevant point of time was having the students strength of 1652 for the academic year 2023-2024.

It is not in dispute that the Fee Committee fixed the fee to be collected from the students for three academic years from 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The three year academic period expired and the Fee Committee is now considering the issues for fixation of fee for the coming academic year 2025-26.

Thus, the grounds raised in the present writ petition lost its relevance, since the period of 3 years for which the fee had been fixed expired. Therefore, no further adjudication with reference to the grounds raised in the present writ petition needs to be undertaken. Granting liberty to the petitioner/School to raise all the grounds raised in the present writ petition for the next three years, commencing from the academic year 202526, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
