ORDER

This Application has been filed i) To take the enclosed report on record ii) To permit the Official Liquidator to settle / pay the pending bills submitted by CRC for the period from October 2024 to July 2025 for an amount of Rs.3,93,975 out of Common Pool Fund Account iii) To permit the Official Liquidator to make monthly payments from August 2025 onwards to CRC based on the tax invoices raised and submitted by them with the Official Liquidator out of Common Pool Fund Account.

2.The Deputy Official Liquidator submits that earlier the Official Liquidator filed CA No.184 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025, seeking permission to pay expenses for engaging Capital Record Centre (CRC) to store records of companies under liquidation from the Common Pool Fund (CPF). On 25.07.2025, this Court has directed the Official Liquidator to file a separate application for payment of CRC bills. Hence, this application. 2/4

3.The CRC's services have been used since October 2024. One godown, used exclusively for First Leasing Company, has been vacated, saving approximately Rs.1.5 lakhs per month (excluding GST). Following directions from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Official Liquidator vacated the Ground Floor of Corporate Bhawan (previously used to store liquidation records) and shifted the records to CRC, handing over vacant possession to NCLT.

4.The CRC has raised invoices totalling Rs.3,93,975/- up to July 2025, covering approximately 5892.04 cubic feet of storage. Tax invoices and carton inward details are enclosed as Annexure "A". Copies of report, contract and order are collectively enclosed as Annexure "B". As the records pertain to various companies under liquidation, the Official Liquidator requests permission to settle CRC bills from the CPF.

5.This Court is convinced with the submission made by the Deputy Official Liquidator and therefore, permits the Official Liquidator to pay the pending bills submitted by CRC for the period from October 2024 to July 2025 for an amount of Rs.3,93,975/- out of Common Pool Fund Account and further permits the Official Liquidator to make monthly payments from August 2025 3/4
