2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 04.05.2016, wherein and whereby, he sought for disbursement of outstanding amount, based on the outsourcing Agreement dated 22.08.2012.

3. According to the petitioner, pursuant to the said agreement, the petitioner executed the contract work and however, some amount is due from the 2nd respondent even till this date. Therefore, ventilating such grievance, the petitioner made a representation as early as on 04.05.2016.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and decide. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
