This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21858 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21858 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
