This Petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.23433 of 2024 by order dated 26.09.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(a) imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear on the first working day of December 2024 and thereafter on the date to be fixed by the learned concerned Judge.
