This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.6(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.21548 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the trial Court, everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders, without fail.

3.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 55 days and investigation has been completed in this matter.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21548 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 in 6(a) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Mahila Court, Villupuram on the first working day of December 2024 at 10.30 am, and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Court concerned.
