ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m. and before the respondent police on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30

a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 14051 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition and final report not yet filed.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.14051 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly once for another period of two months.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
