O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for having disobeyed the order dated 05.08.2024 of this Court in W.P. No.22424 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent herein to grant planning permission to the petitioner, as per the request made by the petitioner dated 25.10.2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 05.08.2024 in W.P. No. 22424 of 2024 has been complied with.
