This petition is filed to amend the factual details in the fair and decreetal order passed by this Court on 05.09.2023 in O.P.No.132 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, in some places, the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as K.Subramaniyam instead of K.S.Subramaniyam. In the first sentence of second paragraph, the date of the Sale deed has been wrongly mentioned as 29.04.1988 instead of 29.04.1998. Further, the 3rd sentence of second paragraph is to be amended by incorporating the words in bold as under: "The respondents 1 to 3 are the daughters of the testator and the fourth respondent is the daughter of the fifth respondent and the fifth respondent is the daughter-in-law of the testator." Apart from the above, in the cause title, the name of the counsel for the petitioner is to be corrected as Ms.Mahima Makhija instead of Ms.Mahima Makhija Praveen.D.
