ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4242 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.38/2025 dated 10.03.2025, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on all Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.4242 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.38/2025 dated 10.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
