ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider his representation dated 30.04.2025 requesting to declare the sale deed executed by the petitioner in favour of the 5th respondent dated 03.07.2023 and the power of attorney executed by the 5th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent dated 16.04.2025 as null and void.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with. Page No.2 of 6

Mrs.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. The petitioner claims herself to be the absolute owner of the subject properties and in order to sort out the property issue with one Pandian and others, she approach the 5th respondent, for which the 5th respondent directed her to execute a general power of attorney, and accordingly, she also executed the same vide document dated 26.03.2021 and handed over the entire title deed documents. Thereafter, the 4th respondent filed a suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.63 of 2021 on behalf of the petitioner and demanded Rs.5,00,000/- to meet out the court expenses and other expenses. The petitioner denied to pay the said amount and called the general power of attorney on 15.03.2022. Thereafter, the 4th respondent along with the 5th respondent and 3 unknown persons, had went to the petitioner's house and threatened her Page No.3 of 6
daughter and insisted the petitioner to execute a sale deed pertaining to her property. Out of fear, she also executed a sale deed dated 03.07.2023 in favour of the 5th respondent. In order to cancel the said document and the general power of attorney, on 30.04.2025, the petitioner has made a representation before to the official respondent. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition before this Court for appropriate orders.
5. The issue arises in this writ petition has to be decided only by a competent Civil Court. This Court cannot go into the merits or otherwise the claim made by the petitioner.
6. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all of her grievances before the appropriate Civil Court. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. No costs.
