A.No.5836 of 2022 in O.P.No.174 of 2017 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By order dated 28.02.2022, letters of administration with the Will annexed were granted to the petitioner. The petitioner was required to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. By this application, the applicants seeks enlargement of time to execute the bond.

2. Upon examining the affidavit in support of the application and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, time for execution of the security bond in compliance with the order dated 28.02.2022 is extended by a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
