This petition is filed to condone the delay of 59 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Private notice sent to the 2nd respondent was delivered on 10.04.2024 and the track consignment has been filed in proof of the same.

3. M/s.R.Poornima, learned counsel appears for the 1st respondent and she has no objection to the delay of 59 days being condoned.

4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the delay of 59 days in filing the above Second Appeal is condoned.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
