Pursuant to the arrangement that had been arrived at and recorded in the order dated 15.02.2023, the learned counsel for the decree holder would submit that the decree holder had received the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of the dispute between the parties. Since the received amount has been acknowledged by the decree holder, no further orders are required to be made in the Execution Petition and the Execution Petition is accordingly closed.
2. Since the issue had been settled between the parties, the order of attachment dated 18.03.2021 shall stand revoked. The Decree holder shall execute appropriate documents for cancellation of the Mortgage Deed registered under Document No.1612 of 2014 on the file of SRO, Sowcarpet.
